How long to wait for technical support?

HI,

I've submitted a ticket over 5 days ago with regards to a failed power supply unit. I can't access any data on my NAS. Some people rave about great Synology support, others have had poor experiences...Has anyone had any recent luck with technical support getting back to them?Beginning to think my 2nd NAS purchase should have been QNAP (got 1 already no issues in 4 years) and not Synology.. (PSU failure within months).Please share any experiences.

Please help.

As our company is not Synology and we are not related to Synology, you posted your question in wrong forum.
